Workout with the Fit Strong Female studio from anywhere, at home, your hotel, the beach, anywhere you fancy.
We specialise in women through pre and post natal to menopause and our most popular age is over 40. There will be a collection of workouts and programmes to follow but you will also have a programme written and designed for you specifically.
We have a groups feature where you can join like minded women and spur each other on and enter comments on what you've achieved that day.
Help is always on hand, you have videos to follow with full descriptions on each each exercise and if you leave us a message we will get back to you within a few hours. (we are in UK time and may be with clients when you message)
Personally I have have 17 years experience with training women and have had a studio for ten of those years. Offering nutritional, fitness and success coaching.
